Private celebrations and custom formats are quoted on scope.
Travel beyond Airdrie, extended session time and a second facilitator are quoted separately.
A 50% deposit confirms and holds the date. The balance is due on the day.
Cancellation within 7 days of the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
The host provides a cleared, safe dance area and access to power.
